How to delete a certificate?

Contact the school IT folks. They seemingly have an error, such as a stale or missing or invalid certificate, or their network setup is incorrect or incomplete, or they have some step that you need to take (such as loading a profile, and the associated error reporting within the app when the profile is missing has room for improvement).
