My Series 4 is not showing the negative temperatures anymore for whatever reason. Simply it does not include the minus sign before the numbers. iPhone shows it correctly.
Watch OS is version 9.1 and temperature is in celsius. I use the Infograph face.
Anyone that could help or come up with an explanation? If it’s a bug how can I report?

Does it help if you remove the complication for temperature, and add it back? Customize the watch face - Apple Support
Is the companion iPhone also up to date?
If you answer yes to all questions, please unpair your devices, then pair them back again.
Performing these steps may help correct any feature that is not working as expected.

I have the exact same problem. The watch face itself is showing the correct celsius degree. Right now -5. But if i click on the complication it shows the circular detail with a -5 in the middle. But the forecast numbers around the "clock" is always shown as positive numbers. (They seem to be the correct values but missing the all important negative sign) This on a Apple Watch 8 running the watchOS 9.2
I have this same issue. Started around the same, this november.
Series 4, Watch OS 9.2 and temperature in Celsius. Everywhere where that temp gauge complication is used, the minus is missing - not related to any specific face. The number is correct. It is just missing the minus symbol. If showing the temperature in the wider text complication slot around the rim of the dial, the minus is shown normally in the text. Also shown normally in the Weather app.
Tried restarting the watch, removing and adding the complication, didn't work.
Also tried unpairing the devices which didn't work either.
Also tried all these steps with no luck. So far it seems to be worst in Nordic countries.
All my friends with with updated Apple Watch have the same issue.
