A person not in contact list (family member of ex) shows up suddenly on airdrop

My ex has screenshots and other access to my iPad and/or iPhone. Tonight her son who lives 15 miles away shows up as “otter people” in airdrop. All info says his device must be within 30 feet. I’m trying to find out how they’ve infiltrated my devices. Any insight into why he shows up under airdrop?

I have checked the name of the device in the settings and it is what I want it to be so there is no conflict there. Ex-wife breached my text messages including business communications, also has screenshots of my home page I’m at a loss at how she has breached my iPhone and/or iPad. She has multiple screenshots of my text messages, even my Home Screen. How is this being done and how do I detect how she has access? Her son also shows up on airdrop despite not being a contact and living miles away? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Airdrop showing the same name for multiple devices. My business has had a very bizarre issue that whenever we get onto Airdrop, all the devices that populate will have the same name (It will be my name but if someone else brings it up on their side it will be their name). Additionally, on occasion my device will populate even though several of my colleagues are nearby. We are using a mix of different devices but all within the apple family. So far, I haven't found anything relating to this issue and any type of basic troubleshooting doesn't yield any different outcome. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

It will appear under AirDrop if these contacts have been used for AirDrop in the past. But you can't AirDrop any data if they are 15 miles away.
