The dictation accuracy of IOS 16 is very poor. My friends and I compared the dictation accuracy of IOS 16 with that of IOS 15: We activated dictation on both phones, held the phones side by side, and spoke into the phone. IOS 15 spells the speech correctly, but IOS 16 gets it wrong.
This needs to be fixed urgently. Do people have simillar issues?

Be sure to also ensure iOS is fully updated to the latest version (currently iOS 16.1.1), as that'll help ensure the available fixes/improvements have been applied to the device: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
It may also help to try switching the language in Settings > Siri & Search > Language, wait a few minutes, and then switch back to the desired language.

Dear Eric,
I have already the latest version installed on my iPhone. The problem is the following: the dictation is working but it is not working accurate like before (like in iOS 15). The dictation system either picks up the wrong words, or makes typos (for Turkish langugage at least). In iOS 15 and earlier versions, voice to text was working like a charm. Since I have installed the iOS 16, voice to text is almost useless for Turkish. Even if system understands what I have said, it types with typos. It was not the case before. There is definetly a major change in your dictation algoritm in iOS 16. Please fix this. Check the forums on internet, there are tons of complaints out there.
