Hello Apple! Since I updated my iPhone to iOS 16.1.1 I can't access my e-mail. I did a hard restart. Eventually I deleted my Yahoo Mail account and the mail app. Tried to reload both but the Yahoo account won't save to my phone. Why?

I called apple tech support and they had me reset my network setting under settings—> general—> transfer or reset iPhone —> reset network settings.

Easy to fix by enable and disable “block all cookies” under safari settings.

Hmmmm ... I'm actually NOT having any issues checking my Yahoo e-mail in my Safari browser, it's the Mail app on my iPhone that is all gummy since the update.
Thanks I tried all those options. It's working ... sort of ... now. Still pretty gummy since the update. Have to keep going on to my web browser to check my e-mail because it gets stuck and won't update.
This is happening to me as well, spent 2hours on phone to sky. 24 hours alter still can’t access my yahoo mail on my phones if latest updat
Ugh! It works off and on, but since the update it is still pretty gummy and I keep reverting to checking my e-mail on my web browser. Argh!
