Is anyone experiencing night shift not working anymore?
Instead of turning my Screen to warm, it goes to cold (the settings are the standard - sunset-sunrise and central warm), similarly, the dark theme is not enabled even if I've the auto.

To trouble shoot further you can:
—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support
This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.
—SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test.
This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

So, after a few testing in both normal and safeboot conditions the theme changes to dark BUT the screen color remains on a blue spectrum rather than the orange one.
If I indeed disable and re-enable from the control center (the one up right on the screen bar "the two toggles") the color is set correctly
Any idea?
I have noticed this has started happening to me too. Neither night shift nor dark mode are activating at sunset.
