My iphone 13 pro displays error code 1852797029 whenever i play music, it freezes whenever i try to play any sort of video, and the phone instantly shuts down when a charger is plugged in but opens again with the same issues as before when the charger is disconnected. I force reset and updated the phone through my mac and i still have the same problems. Any help??
In such a situation, since we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Is there anything else i can do on my own without going to a store due to it being thanksgiving? maybe something i can do to fix the problems individually?
