Is ECG feature working in India in Apple Watch 7 or onward ?
I heard that ECG feature is disabled in India due to legal issue. Is it true ?

According to the docs from the folks that work for Apple, ECG is available in India:
… Take an ECG with the ECG app on Apple Watch - Apple Support
… watchOS - Feature Availability - Apple
This also requires using a Watch with ECG, updated to the most current version, and being 22 years or older.
