Connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge, undisturbed, for at least an hour. While still connected to external power, try a forced-restart:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
If the iPad doesn’t turn on, or if it gets stuck during start up, see the Apple Support article If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t turn on or is frozen. Or if your iPad isn’t working correctly after you restart it, see the iPad Support website.

Those are the steps after your suggested solution. Your suggested solution did not work. Now it's time for next steps. Given it's Thanksgiving, it seems prudent to wait for tomorrow to reach out to Support, etc. The nearest Apple store is 6 hours away, so that's definitely the last option. Happy holiday!
That did not work. Tried three times. Did not work.
And what happened when you contacted Apple Support, or your visited an Apple Store or AASP - or did you skip those steps entirety?
Apple Support is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week - including national holidays. Not everyone is based in the US.
Maybe I am enjoying the holiday?
