The solution is to get a Mac with an Intel processor or get a Windows computer.

Thank you for the answer.
but i need another solution, cause i bought that laptop few days ago.
Return the computer. There is no publically released version of Windows available that runs on the Mac silicon processor. There is a pre release (beta) version available to Microsoft insider program members. But that would be suitable for use in only test environments.
Why not just buy a Windows laptop. The new Mac with Apple’s own processors, called Apple Silicon, no longer support Boot Camp. There is no supported version of Windows that will run on the new Macs either. Quite frankly you should have investigated this before buying. It was big topic of discussion when the new Apple Silicon Macs were announced.
You say you bought the MacBook Pro a few days ago. You have 14 days to return it for a full refund.
Maybe after time will be a solution. or will not?
i like that laptop, except that i cant download notepad.
Well, then you must accept the fact that you cannot install Windows on it.
