Blocked number rang through

I blocked a person in my contacts. He was still able to call through with his same number showing on caller ID. To test and see if it was just him, I blocked my friends number and had her call and her as well was able to call through but I couldn’t call her. How in the world is that possible?

Blocked caller able to get through I have had a particular caller blocked for years and have not received any calls, texts, or voicemails from this caller….. until 12:35am today. The best way is to completely remove that person from Contacts.

And ask your carrier to block that number.
