online chat support

How do you access the on-line chat support? I'm locked out of my phone as it upgraded overnight. I've entered my password but failed my security questions and it wants to sent me a verification code to my phone(!) which I obviously can't access. I've tried resetting the security questions on-line but it comes up with not enough information is held to verify the questions. I obviously can't phone Apple (because I can't access my phone) so how do I contact the on-line chat support? Many thanks.
