Cancel iCloud Account no Iphone
I need to cancel an iCloud account and I no longer have the iPhone. Down grade instructions dont cover this instance. Thoughts?

To downgrade iCloud to the free 5GB plan, if you have an iPhone, iPad, Mac or PC computer you can use the instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
