When I go to order from Amazon I get a drop down description and I can’t get out of it to make my purchase.

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting. This might be due to zoom features. Try zooming out to see if you get other options: Zoom in on the iPad screen - Apple Support


The troubleshooting article provided earlier also has more troubleshooting: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


"If the issue continues and only affects a certain website or webpage, check if you have Private Relay turned on. You can temporarily turn off Private Relay in iCloud Settings. If Safari still doesn't load websites and you tried all of these steps, contact the website developer for more help."


If it still occurs on on Amazon, contact them for help with their webpage, or try using the app: Amazon Shopping on the App Store
