Black spot on iPad Pro 12.9 5th Gen

I have a dark spot and a light spot in my iPad Pro 12.9 screen. Here is a phot of your pic on my iPad with my spots circled. Has anyone found out what this is before I take it to the apple store?

Thank you for the photo.

Troubleshooting a Black Dot:

Seems to be an indent that occurred. So, did you recently store this anywhere, where this may have occurred, including in a case with keyboard keys popping out. If the screen is rising, then your battery may be cording.

A you certain that you have a fifth generation iPad Pro 12.9” - and not an earlier third or fourth generation iPad Pro 12.9”?

The fifth generation iPad Pro 12.9” has an entirely different screen construction that uses miniLED backlighting. The “traditional” edge-lit backlights will screen diffusers more likely to suffer backlight inconsistencies - with brighter or darker patches such as you illustrate.
