Auto fill passwords

Some of my passwords were generated by Chrome. I find they often will not work. My keychain auto fill passwords work ** no longer ask if I want to save to keychain. Is there a way to put all my passwords on keychain? I did not want Chrome to save my passwords and assumed at the time it was keychain. I am back to Safari and not happy with how safari has been working. Does Chrome not work with iCloud features?

Hi jimmyfromellijay,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

You'll want to confirm that iCloud Keychain is enabled in settings and as you log into your accounts using Safari, you will be asked if you would like to save them.

  1. Go to Settings > Your Name
  2. Tap on iCloud > Password & Keychain
  3. Enable Keychain

Set up iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

If you would like to autofill your passwords from Chrome, you can change this in Settings.

  1. Go to Settings > Passwords
  2. Tap on Password Options
  3. Enable AutoFill Password
  4. Select Chrome under the section titled " Allow Filling From"

Use saved passwords in other iPhone & iPad apps- Google Chrome

Hope that helps!
