Logic Pro bounced file doesn't appear

So it goes though the whole process of bouncing. At first I had normalize on, and then it would freeze once it got to normalize. The bar would just have the tiny bit at the beginning, then that window would close. I check the bounce folder and nothing. I tried turning normalize off, and still same thing. I tried changing the duration and still nothing. I'm trying to export to mp3. I've always done this, so I don't know why it would be giving me issues now. It was a duplicated file from an external drive. But again, this is the way I always work it. I'm trying to change the file type to see if anything changes. I have also restarted the computer, left only that running, and still no luck. Please help. It is a podcast episode and need to have it bounced.
