If you say so. This forum, which is the most visited Apple forum in the world for all things Apple, certainly isn't demonstrating such a widespread issue. i.e., you are the first I recall suggesting there is such an issue.

Regardless, no one here can likely offer any guidance. Since you seem to believe there is such an issue, you should contact Apple Support directly.

It is really not clear what you’re talking about. Chemical cleaning of water damaged or corrosion damaged old device hardware might be one way to salvage vintage hardware boards. But chemical cleaning of a solid state computer memory chip will not do anything about corrupted data stored on that chip.

The only way to fix corrupted data stored on an electronic memory chip is to use software to extract the data and try to rebuild it to restore the data to a readable state. It’s a software process, not a physical cleaning process.

What common Nand problem? I haven't seen any people posting about such issues with iPhone memory here. And there is nothing Apple supported we could possibly offer if you somehow have an issue. If you think you have an issue, the only advice we can offer here is to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
