Are you currently, or have previously, shared the same AppleID account between yourself and your Daughter? If so, your Contacts (and potentially other personal data) may have been merged between AppleID accounts. Similarly, if you have given away (or acquired) a previously used device without first properly preparing the device for reuse, data may be unintentionally merged between user’s different AppleID accounts.
If all your devices are sharing a common AppleID for iCloud, you’ll encounter all kinds of issues with unintentional and/or unwanted sharing of sensitive/private information (including Contacts). You’ll not be able to reliably maintain any kind of data separation.
The Golden Rule: Don’t share an AppleID between users. Each user should always have their own AppleID for their own exclusive use - linked to their own primary email (and secondary/recovery email addresses and trusted telephone numbers).
If you haven’t already done so, you would be best advised to separate your digital identities and configure a new AppleID for those that don’t already have their own account.
After separating your identities, you can selectively share purchased Apple Services, Subscriptions, Apps and Media using Apple’s Family Sharing features:
