Blank screen issue

Hello, there . Nowadays I saw lots of iphone 13 pro max users facing the blank screen issue . According to what they said, its got connected with the update version . Can your team explain to me and how we, as a Apple product users didnt facing this problem? I really hope Apple team can really take a look about this problem . Thank you in advance .

Have you tried a forced restart in order to get the screen working again?

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Yaa . Many of the users tried this way but end up, still same . In the end, go to Apple authorised dealer, LCD problem . Is this kind of LCD problem from the factory? Seems like to many users face it .
