Shortcut “send delayed message” not working

Loco ~ I don't see a way around that privacy permission when locked.

And I wonder whether it's waiting the amount of time you intend – I would have thought that the Get time between action should specify Seconds, not Total Time. (The Wait action expects seconds.) But if it waits as expected, there's no need to change it. And Shortcuts do time themselves out after a certain period of time – but I don't know what that period is.

Consider searching/asking for workarounds on this Shortcuts sub-Reddit — it has many more Shortcuts experts than here on ASC.
