Random sign ins?

I noticed last night there was weird logins on my Netflix and I checked my vinted account today and it's the same thing? I've changed all my passwords now but I'm wondering if it's recording the IP address of the server it's using or if this is someone logged in on my accounts? I live in bexley so all others are unknown
