How I can connect my Apple Watch to my new phone if I broke my last phone and don’t remember my Apple ID ?

You may need to reset your Apple ID password to have full access to both devices. Please see the following Apple Support article: If you forgot your Apple ID password.
Once you have access to your Apple ID again, you can review which devices are linked to your account using the iCloud website. If necessary, you can remove a device from Find Devices.
If you are still unable to update your Apple ID password on your own, please contact Apple Support for more help.
