Not able to login to Apple Music using android

I have 2step verification enabled but when I try to login from android, it just keep loading without sending me the otp to my iPhone or sending me any message. I have trusted phone number and devices. I get otp when logging in from windows or iPhone/iPad. But nothing happens from android after I enter my password. I think I can’t disable 2 step verification now as it’s more than 2 weeks I enabled it. How to fix this?

I have tried restarting the app and device multiple times

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Hi XavierX1,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! You can attempt to restart the app and try again to receive the verification code. Restart can help resolve many unexpected issues we may face with our devices.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to Apps, then tap it.
  4. Tap Apple Music.
  5. Tap Force Stop. If they see a message that says "If you force stop an app, it may misbehave," tap OK.
  6. Return to the Home screen or the application list, and reopen Apple Music.

If you are not receiving the verification code via text or a pop up, you can get a code from Settings on your trusted device.

  1. Go to Settings > Your Name
  2. Tap Password & Security
  3. Scroll down and tap Get Verification Code
