Everytime I open my laptop I get this notification. I know I've used my iPhone for screen share before but I don't know how to turn it off. Can anybody help?

You can either reconnect the hardware microphone or try changing the sound input settings so that the Mac is no longer looking for the hardware microphone when you open the computer.

How can I get it to stop showing the notification?
Microphone is Disconnected keeps showing everytime I open the laptop
