changing location of device to access different apps.

So I wanted to download the app "Clash Mini", however it is not available in my country (USA).

I watched a YouTube video on how to find it, but it said I needed to change my location in the app store to another country.

am I allowed to do that? Will I get banned?

You may only use the App Store for the country where you are a legal resident and for which you have the required qualifications, such as a credit card issued by a bank in that country with a verifiable billing address in that country.

You may not use random countries' App Stores just because you want an app offered in that country.
