If you have had this iPad for 14 days or less, you can return this iPad to Apple for a full refund.
If purchased elsewhere, you need to check the return/refund policy on new purchased products.
The iPad Air 5th gen maybe to new to be listed for trade-in
Also, being a new iPad, Apple's trade-in partner may give you signifcantly less money in trade than you paid for thos brand new iPad model.
You should consider trying to sell this new iPad, yourself, and try to get as much for it as you can.

Sorry you are not happy with your new iPad, iPads are not very difficult to learn and navigate.
iOS/iPadOS devices are designed to be much easier to use than a Mac with macOS, which is much more complicated to learn and get around with every new version of macOS.
