I can’t leave family sharing!

When I was younger my dad used to control my OLD iPad, but I removed him and I do not see or contact him now, today after updating my new iPad, the family thing randomly appeared, but his account is locked out too- Screen time is enabled and I don’t know how to turn it off to leave!

Screen Time passcode reset. *

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

Restore to Factory setting. *
