Apple not letting me reset my security questions due to "insufficient info". Going to support just makes me repeat the same useless steps.

Apple insists that I update my security questions but won't actually let me due to "insufficient info". Honestly, I don't ever remember having security questions, and I certainly wouldn't have chosen the ones they're throwing out to me to answer. I've tried Support but just keep being routed through the same useless steps. Help!

I just got off of a phone call with apple support - they are basically clueless about this problem and I was told that my only other option is to create a new apple id.

I told her that this apple ID has YEARS worth of podcast data that I will now lose because Apple made a messed up change to their system that locked a lot of apple ids into a never-ending forgotten security question errors.

How the heck are you suppose to answer a security question you forgot or never entered when you click the link that says forgot security questions. It is so crazy.
