How do I find out how much memory my 2019 iPad Pro has? I can't find it listed.

There is no 2019 iPad Pro.
It is either a 2018 model or 2020 model iPad Pro.
If your iPad Pro is a 2018 model and has 128, 256 or 512 GBs of internal flash memory storage, the your iPad has 4 GBs of internal RAM.
If a 2018 1.0 TB storage model, then it has 6 GBs of RAM.
If your iPad Pro is a 2020 model, then all storage models had 6 GBs of internal RAM.
