Is there any way to recover one reminder that disappeared on my iPhone 14 pro iOS 16.1.1?

I put a phone number in one reminder and when I went to it and wanted to see the time of day that I created it, I lost it. I swiped the reminder to the left and saw the options of Details, Flag, Delete and tried to tap the Details but might have missed and hit Flag or tapped on the line hitting both at the same time. Whatever I did was wrong.

Anyone have a way to recover this reminder? I see some apps offered on the internet that claim they can access it but they all look pretty sketchy so I've avoided them.

in the toolbar, then click Data Recovery. Click Restore Calendars and Reminders. Available versions are listed by the date and time they were archived. To the right of the version you want to restore, click Restore.

Thanks for reply...unfortunately, the reminder was just entered and never synced...no way to get that that I can see...
