Touch ID and jumping screen

Resetting a Finger ID:

Add a Fingerprint - Then, delete the current one. Where to go and what to perform.

1. Go Here: Set up Touch ID on iPhone - Apple Support
2. First Add One: Add a fingerprint
3. Then, Delete Current One: Name or delete a fingerprint

You just had the battery replaced and it may not have been installed correctly. My recommendation is that you take the iPhone back to where you had the battery replaced and have them review the battery installation in your iPhone.
