I was locked out of my Apple ID account when I broke my last phone. I created a new Apple ID for my new phone, as I was having the worst time accessing the old account. I need to unpair my Apple Watch from old Apple ID. How do I do this without access?

Do you Still have Access to the Old Apple ID:
If Not, then you Can't. It's the same scenario as to when you purchase a used device from a third-party that has been locked. So, you're suck without this device, if you no longer have access to your old Apple ID.
