If you no longer have an Apple device, one other solution would be to set up iCloud passwords on a Windows computer: Manage iCloud passwords on your Windows computer - Apple Support

Once set up, you can view account information with these steps:

"View and use account information

1. Open the iCloud Passwords app and sign in.
2. Click the account you want to view.
3. You can copy the user name, password, website, verification code, or note. Do either of the following:

• Click , then choose an option.
• Right-click the user name, password, website, verification code, or note, then choose Copy [item].

Note: If you selected not to save a password in iCloud Keychain or iCloud Passwords, you see “never saved” in the passwords field."
