No. Windows Apps are not compatible - and cannot be installed - on Apple devices.


The only installable Apps for iOS/iPadOS are purchased/downloaded and installed from the Apple App Store.


While you cannot install Windows Applications on your iPad, many Application Developers produce functionally similar Apps for iPad, iPhone and Mac computers.
