30W charger for iPhones

Is it okay to use a 30W charger from a MacBook Air on an iPhone 13 Pro?

will it shorten any battery performance long term or anything?

The phone will charge just fine with a 30 watt power adaptor as the charge is controlled by the phone itself, not the PA.
