How to Scan a QR Code That is Already in Your Phone

How can I scan a QR Code that is already in my iPhone. Or has this capability been removed on 15.7.1?

You need to use a third party software and the QR Code need to be inside your Photo library. You need to load the QR from the scan page and it will bring you to the link embedded by the QR code.
