I requested a refund for Apple Music as it was unauthorized I’m seeing the email confirming but the amount is not being reflected.

I have done that but it isn’t being reflected in my bank account. Also how do I even get a hold of customer care ?!
it was on hold and it still left my account even though I contacted you guys as soon as I saw it
