Black Friday Gift card

I don’t know why the gift card is charged to my credit card. Has this issue been resolved? If anyone had success contacting apple about this please tell me who you talked to and what was procedure to fix this.

Charges A long time ago i made purchases with an apple gift card in the app store. I recently added my visa gift card onto my phone but im getting charged with the purchases i made a long time ago. What do i do?? How can i stop these changes??

That's how it works. You'll be charged for the gift card and for the item (minus the cost of the gift card).
