How to find apps that did not transfer to a new iphone

My iphone 10 crashed and could not be fixed. When I purchased my new iphone 13, the rep showed me how to access a page from which i could restore apps that did not transfer over. I cannot find that page. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

You can redownload apps you've previously downloaded in the App Store. Here's how to complete this:

Open the App Store app.
Tap your profile.
Select My Purchases to see what you've previously downloaded.
Select the Not on this iPhone tab or you can search for the app.
Tap the cloud to download directly to your iPhone

Your apps may be downloaded to the App Library on your iPhone. To organize your apps on the Home Screen, follow the guidance here: Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support
