Buy crypto with Apple store balance

Hello everyone, In the Netherlands we cannot buy crypto at Binance through the bank etc. because the regulator does not allow it. Now Binance recently has the option to pay with Apple pay and I have deposited money on Apple pay. Now it turns out that Binance does not accept that because it comes from the Netherlands, right?

I would like to see this balance refunded because I don't buy anything in the Apple store.

Does anyone have an idea how I can achieve this?
