How can I make an Apple refund?

Why that days you all say will help me refund my purchase and then i never get anything?

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

A refund can take up to 30 days to be processed.

If you are still having trouble, you can reach Apple directly by clicking on Support at bottom of the page.
