TheLittles….Thanks for the suggestions but we had tried these when we were on the FT call. Volume was at “Full”, but did not match the Full on my old iPad Air which we also tried on the call for comparison. My son (on the other end of the call) said receiving on the Mini was as good as the iPad Air, so presumably there is no problem with the microphone(s).
