Since the update Safari rarely even loads and wifi is constantly dropping. I thought an update was to fix issues and not create them?

Connect to a different network
Try to load a website, like www.apple.com, using cellular data. If you don't have cellular data, connect to a different Wi-Fi network and then load the website.
If you're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), check your VPN settings. If you have a VPN turned on, some apps or websites might block content from loading.
Restart your device
Turn off your device and turn it on again.
Restart your iPhone
Clear website data
You can clear website data occasionally to improve Safari performance.

The battery wasn’t recently replaced and has nothing to do with the issues I'm having since the terrible update. What in the world would a battery have to do with safari being broken since the update and everything else works fine? My god.
I’m on my second battery which is at 90% capacity. Funny enough that’s less than safari fails to load or takes forever to load a page. No issues before the update.
