If you subscribed in-app on an Apple device, with payments through your Apple ID account, then you can cancel through Apple easily: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If it is not listed in your subscriptions overview, then you did not subscribe through Apple, and then you have to cancel where you signed up elsewhere.
