My question is not being answered

I must not be using this app properly because no one ever answers my questions so I wonder if they even see them?

Hi Tammi,

Fair question.

Is it the post about using Google apps with iCloud? If so try reposting in the more active Using iPhone forum:

Using iPhone - Apple Community

It is possible that the section about iCloud has far fewer active helpers than the iPhone forums.

And that is one reason some questions go lacking a response. Others are:

— we are used to working with Apple products, not Google, a different company.

— there are not that many active users who volunteer help on a day to day basis. We are talking maybe 125 people serving multiple forum sections with a user base in the millions.

— the US is coming off a major holiday weekend and people may still be traveling.

That means that one must be patient when asking here. We are not Apple employees and don’t have assigned shifts. We help on a time-available basis.

Anyway, please try the other forum, and please bear with us. It’s like reroofing your house. If you hire a professional, you can count on when the job will start. If you ask your friends, the timing depends on when they can help.
