Mac cannot connect to Android hotspot (BT or USB tethering)

Hi,

My 2019 16" MacBook Pro wouldn't connect to my mobile hotspot from Samsung Galaxy S21 (Android 13) while using Bluetooth or USB to tether.

The same question has been asked earlier this year – the Apple correspondent referred to the Bluetooth PAN settings, though they aren't available at the moment.

Did Apple just kill that significant of a feature?
