When you go to an Apple online store and pretend you are buying a machine, they will give you a place where you can choose the keyboard language. What choices they have depends on where you are. Where are you?

If you are not using Apple's stores, you may need to google search the model number of the machine to find someplace where it is being sold with specific mention of the keyboard language.
