I need the tray

I am unable to use my phone. I feel you are nearly impossible to communicate with. All I want is a sim card tray and I can't seem to speak with anyone who can help me. I have been without my phone for over a week. Please help me remedy this asap.

This is a user-to-user support forum. No one participating here can provide you with a SIM tray. You can contact Apple directly using the "Get Support" link at the top right of every page of these forums.

If you are anywhere near an Apple Store, I'd suggest you stop in and ask them about it.
