Apple cancelled my order without any explanation

Apple cancelled my order without a clear explanation as to why. I ordered a Macbook Pro for my niece. I sent her enrollment form for the educational discount. After an hour, I received a notification that the order has been cancelled. No explanation whatsoever. What’s wrong with you, Apple?

for non-technical issues, customer service is now done through the Apple Online store agents, exclusively:
